Sample Screencast

Screencasts are very useful resources alongside today's technology. This particular screencast shows how to achieve an “invisible text” effect in Adobe Premiere. Learning new editing tricks using this software is much quicker with screencasts for several reasons.

If a person had to rely on text instructions even a simple task would take paragraphs to explain instead of seconds. That is because EVERYTHING, not just the task at hand, has to be detail explained for example what color, shape or location of the next item to click on is.

Tutorials made via screencast are especially helpful when working with programs like Premiere since users can adjust the layout of the program various ways (meaning the arrangement and location of menus are not generic for everyone). It makes much more sense to make one video people can look at and reorient their selves in instead of writing multiple instructions for all the different possibilities.
